Ushers should ensure ticketed guests find a seat, and make sure that the doors are always closed quietly. Ensure guests stay free of the Stage area at all times. You may enjoy the show between duties, but please watch from the wings and be prepared to help guests or performers enter and exit quietly as needed. Things to note: Four volunteers are required for this event to run smoothly. These spots are first come, first served. When artists are announced, we will send you an email with links to the artists and you are encouraged to listen to them if you sign up for the show. There is no assigned seating; all seats are first come, first served. ADA seating - If we have any known guests who require accessible seating, those seats will be notated and reserved with the guests' names on them.
