The JAM Kids Program is a weekly program for children grades 4-8 that introduces music through small group instruction on instruments common to the Appalachian region, such as fiddle, banjo, and guitar. Classes occur on Saturday's from 10:30-11:30 am.
Volunteers are needed to ensure each child gets checked-in and out, and Instructors as well. Volunteers may even be asked to help set up or take down the JAM circles to prepare for other events that may be happening that day.
Standard Volunteer white collared shirt and black pants/skirts/skorts are the uniform.
